Like most people I have written my own USB Missile Launcher client that runs on Sun Solaris, Linux and most *BSDs. Requirements are GTK+-2.0 and libusb. To build, use normal "make" & "make install" routine.
Due to Sun Solaris 10 not having a native MTP based MP3 player support application, I've written my own GUI client for MTP devices.
Simple wallpaper changer that runs in the GNOME Panel.
The B0 project, is my little foray into designing my own programming language and supporting compiler!
A basic operating system in 512 bytes!
One of my attempts at an operating system, (and the most complete).
LOST is the predecessor to Nihil. Much of the source code is shared, however LOST is based on NASM, where Nihil is based on FASM. LOST is provided as a *.zip only. Docs are included, within the ./Doc directory. (This is included for historical reasons only).
Geek from an early age, started on assembler on the C64, then some 68K, then got my 286! Started some Pascal on the 286 (which came in handy later, when I got a VMS box to play with), but moved back assembly. Started writing a small OS, back in '99 all in assembler... got rather far, just needed to finish off the FAT FS driver, and the shell, and it was a basic DOS like OS.
Now wanting to brush up of some other skills, decidely to write my own language...
Professionally, I work as a sysadmin for a software company, and in my spare time, be the biggest geek that I can!
I'm reachable at "Chewy509 (at) mailcity (dot) com" and be sure to include 'b0' in the subject line, otherwise it goes straight into the trash.
